Political Advocacy

SAMARITAN INTERNATIONAL understands itself as mediator between European institutions and its member associations in questions of development and implementation of  emergency preparedness, civil protection, voluntary work as well as disaster relief and humanitarian aid and topics which concern social services.

SAM.I. takes a position on current activity and task areas of the Samaritan organisations vis-à-vis European institutions.

To guarantee this, SAM.I., among other things, is member of SOLIDAR, a European network of 82 Unions and NGOs for a social Europe.
