Hundreds of needy children from all over Austria enjoyed an unforgettable pre-Christmas weekend
Posted on |The ASBÖ St. Nicolas train was on its way for the 14th time – an initiative of the Austrian Samaritan association and the ÖBB, an Austrian transportation company. The two-day trip led the disadvantaged children with a special train to Villach.
This big event, organized by the Austrian Samaritan organization for children who come from difficult social circumstances, who have been traumatised or have special needs, took place for the 14th time. This year, the special took the children and their supervisors to Villach. The special thing about it: not only Austrian children but also guests from Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, South Tyrol, Germany and Slovakia were on board.
