The Samaritan Association of Latvia (LSA) was founded in September 1992 with the support of the Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund. LSA is a voluntary, neutral and independent organization that works in the interests of the general public.

The Lithuanian Samaritan Organisation (LSB) was founded in 1929. The LSB was banned after the Soviet occupation until 1992. The organisation was founded again on 25 January 1992.

The Samaritan Federation of the Non-government Organisations (SFOP) is a voluntary association of autonomous non-government organisations, which was founded at the initiative of the Samaritan society in Zakliczyn on 5 September 2003. The field of activity of the federation is the territory of the Republic of Poland. The registered seat of the federation is Grabinastraße 11, 32-840 Zakliczyn, district of Tarnów. The federation has an own legal character.

The first registration of the Samaritan Association of Georgia (SSK) was carried out in 1992. Until 1997, the SSK was mainly active in the field of humanitarian aid and youth work and worked closely together with the Georgian country office of the ASB Federal association, but quit its activities due to economic pressure at the same time as the country office was closed. In November 2010, the official re-registration of the SSK was carried out as a local, independent, non-profit and non-religious non-government organisation.

The Ukrainian citizens organisation “Samaritan organisation of the Ukraine” was founded on 27.02.2008. The beginnings of the Samaritan movement in the Ukraine began with the foundation of the Samaritan organisation in Kiev in 1993, whereby the German partner ASB district organisation in Munich provided support as a patron.

The Országos Szamaritánus Társaság Svövetsége (USB) was founded on 30 October 1999 and has its registered seat in Budapest. The USB is a charity organisation which is independent of the church and parties, which carries out its charitable tasks as an umbrella organisation with regional and local fed-erations.
